Photos: Alumni Introduce New Students to Career Paths

Orientation for new MBA and MAM students culminated on August 18 in Career Immersion, a daylong Career Development Office program that featured panel discussions and primers designed to introduce new students to professional opportunities. Alumni offered advice and reflected on their experiences in industries and sectors including investment banking, real estate, consulting, design and innovation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, education, marketing, impact investing, consumer product goods, social impact, corporate strategy, fintech, healthcare, private equity and venture capital, and government and multilateral organizations.

Our alumni make Career Immersion the amazing opportunity it is. Students got to explore by choosing among 28 sessions ranging from Education to Investment Banking to Entrepreneurship. We’re excited that many students took full advantage of the day and went to sessions they knew nothing about beforehand.Abigail Kies, Assistant Dean for Career Development
