Return to the classroom as we recall and discuss favorite cases in quantitative methods, operations, and quality. This workshop will focus on the most important quantitative models for management decisions and highlights the key idea that the purpose of modeling is insight, not numbers. We will emphasize important concepts in operations and quality, the role of organizational behavior, and provide principles for improving your approaches to defining and solving problems.
