Rarely are jobs designed to match the talents, preferences, and aspirations of the individual. Join Professor Amy Wrzesniewski to learn more about Job Crafting, a process through which individuals shape and redefine their jobs to make them more meaningful. In this workshop you will uncover insights into your own unique values, strengths, and passions, utilizing these to reshape your current role or how you think about your job. You will leave with steps to become more engaged in your work, resulting in greater productivity, effectiveness, and personal satisfaction. Additionally, managers will gain a better understanding of how Job Crafting can help your employees consider their roles in ways that are not only inspiring for them, but for the entire team.
