Tiffany D. Gooden
Director, Community & Inclusion

Tiffany D. Gooden joined the Yale School of Management in the inaugural role of Director of Community & Inclusion at the Yale School of Management in October 2014, working with issues of diversity, equity and inclusion across the master’s degree programs.  In this role she is dedicated to helping students develop broad based cross-cultural understanding and the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.  Additionally, she works closely with the admissions, student services, and alumni relations departments to foster a diverse and inclusive community across all stages of the Yale SOM experience.

Nataly Robalino
Assistant Director, Community of Inclusion

Nataly Robalino is an Assistant Director in the Office of Community & Inclusion supporting diversity strategies across student services, recruitment and alumni engagement.  Nataly supports affinity student clubs, the Association of Hispanic and Latin American Students, and the Black Business Allliance  in executing events for the Yale community.  She is the primary architect in the planning of all on-campus and off-campus initiatives such as Liaison: A Community Dialogue, SOM Communities, Fall Friday for Women, Alumnae Panel in NYC, Alumni of Color Panel in NYC, LGBTQ Mixer, Spring Ahead for Women and the most recent venture, Emerging Leaders Seminar. Nataly joined Yale SOM in 2011 and has 10 years of experience in higher education.
